I ordered a refrigerator that was to be delivered on a Saturday afternoon. The delivery guys showed up late with the wrong appliance.. They returned with the correct one and damaged, deep scratches, to my hardwood floor. As I personally was out of town, payment was delayed until my return. I asked that the floor issue be resolved before payment and they did not want to fix the floor. They were very rude.

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. If you need a new appliance make sure you check them out because I know FIRST HAND that they are dedicated and represent the very best of entrepreneurship and thy are all gentlemen.
