Great service!

I recently painted and was missing some brackets for one of my blinds. Sam was kind enough to replace it for me at no charge, even though I have no idea where this blind was purchased. I am nearly finished renovating and I know where I am going to buy my blinds this time!

Shades 'N Shutters is a god send! Terry and Sam are outstanding in their field of expertise. They are both easy to work with and very accommadating to all of my needs. They have innovative ideas and saved us quite a few dollars compared to their competitors. I have highly reccomended their services to family members and friends... Kudos to you both. Fantastic

This company is conveniently located in Oakville. They have a cute little show room and they were able to meet my budget and make several recommendations for me. I would recommend them ,no problem.

Window Coverings

I consider myself to pretty laid back. I decided to have window coverings done after seeing similar ones at a friends place. We chose Shades N Shutters because they were local...I am in the Bronte area. They were poorly done. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and his wife and they were so unprofessional. It is literally the worst customer service I have ever received which is unfortunate because I wanted to support a local business. For a small business I thought the customer service would be decent and I was actually yelled at. Wouldn't recommend them.

This is most unfortunate. I take personal pride in our customer service and neither myself or my husband would ever yell at a customer for any reason. Are you sure you have the correct company? Please identify yourself so we can see if you truly are a customer and we can resolve any issues. Otherwise we will assume you are a disgruntled competitor?
