RECORD TIMING. once we opened the box we were delighted to find the best looking quarter chicken ever seen to our eyes. The only condiment given was butter- ketchup could've been added, and my friends garlic toast was a small- could've been a bigger portion
I wish I still lived in the delivery zone for this location because it is heads and tails above the one on Cross Ave. The chicken is always nice and juicy whereas the one on Cross Ave. is always dried out, like jerky. Also, the Cross Ave. one delivers racks of ribs that are just fat and gristle and the fries are always either overcooked or really soggy. We won't even order from Cross anymore.
As far as Swiss Chalet's go the Upper Middle one is the bee's knees and I think its because the owner is one of the top owners in the whole chain.
