    We have nothing but Rave reviews for OSL. From the first time we ordered it was nothing short of exceptional. Georgina made us feel important, gave us her time in explaining product, always keeping in touch, was very quick with responses. Great company and even better service. Have been and will continue to recommend. Thank you O.M.G. Events

    Ontario Staging Limited doesn't need your business

    We rented with Ontario Staging Limited a couple of times and every time we went in, our feeling was that they did not need our business. In fact, the rental person (their starts with a G) told us up front (when we asked for a "loyalty discount") that our rentals were not important enough, and told us that "you may think that you rent with us a lot, but we have lots of people who rent way more" (even though we've rented with them consistently for quite some time). Their rental equipment is up to par (even on the pricier end) and that's why we gave them a 1/5 star. I will give it to them that their equipment worked, like it should. However, their service makes you feel like you don't exist, and at that price, I might as well go to another rental company that cares about our continued business. I don't believe I will recommend them to anybody, because quite frankly, they make us feel like they don't need our business.

    As the general manager of OSL I am sincerely sorry you were made to feel unimportant, as we have always prided ourselves on service, no matter how large or small the order may be. Unfortunately we cannot extend discounts to every customer we support, as this would offend our dealers, who may cross rent to the end user, such as yourself. Our price structure exists to service all levels of customers & hopefully keep them all happy. You will find many companies in this industry work the same way. I hope you will give us another chance, your business is important to us!
