Awful experience. In short: rude staff, they ignore you and have full conversations in other languages that aren’t English directly in front of your face with the provider who’s performing your service while you’re having your service (RUDE) horrible quality of nail polishes used, my manicure was streaky, bumpy, uneven and chipped. Tools are severely outdated (one of the shellac ovens has *tape* holding it together, staff yell at you if you don’t have cash, and it’s unclean. Avoid at ALL COSTS!!

We live an hour away and have never gotten something done that we didn’t like!!! Totally recommend having your nails done by flower!

I went in yesterday to get a Manicure & Pedicure and I loved it so much!! I havent been so happy after getting my nails done in a long time. Flower is amazing in everything she does and she is awesome to talk to. I really love this place. Thank You Flower!!

They can help you create a personal design or use ideas from photos for inspiration. Very patient, and professional. Their pricing is straight forward and fair for the quality and atmosphere they provide. Will definitely be coming back!

Went there to get my acrylic nails removed.... worst decision of my life.. at first they soaked my nails in acetone which is what I expected but then after getting some of the top layer of acrylic off, she took her finger nail and forced the rest of the fake nail off, ripping and damaging my actual nails. My nails were stinging and sore for a few days after. Never going there again. Also it cost $15.

The worst place ever, staff did not listen or ask if I was fine. Guy who did my shellack was chatting with women behind him and cut my skin several times, did not even say he was sorry. When he put cream on my hands , he still had cut cuticles from my nails and just kept massaging my hands with cream and cuticles. Finally , he was popping some pimple on his hand and stoped when realize that I was watching him .The most dirty place, not sure if equipment was clean. Never ever I will go back

Poor service environment. Staff appear disinterested , skill set minimal, expensive for what you receive in attention and service. Would definitely not recommend this business .

Officially the worst experience ever. The older woman is rude and crass. She was aggressive and very impatient even with no customers waiting. Firstly she tried to force me to get shellac vs a regular manicure not keeping in mind her customers individual needs and or budget. She kept going on about it until the very end. She aggressively pushed my fingers down when I moved them and when she erroneously got nail polish on herself she got upset. I couldn't believe it! She didn't even file and shape all of my nails nor did she give a massage or lotion my hands. The older gentleman, I assume is the owner, was nicer to my mother but did a horrible job gelling her finger nails. You can see cracks and as per my experience he also didn't properly file my mother's nails. She looked worse coming out than going in. We didn't complain. We just walked out vowing to never go again and to tell our friends and family. They only get business because they are in the mall.
