Tony and the mechanics at Ace's Automotive are very nice to deal with. I have had no problems the the repairs, prices and staff.
Horrible attitude, ripped me off for work not completed and charged me for it.
Never take yoyr car/truck/suv to this place. Took my truck there for front and rear pads and rotor change and an oil, lube, and filter change.Tony said he would use Wagner ceramic and pads rotors but he used the cheapest metalic pads and rotors, after only 8 months l needed another complete front and rear brake job which l had done at another garage, my new garage/ mechanic, an honest one not like Ace, never take you vehicle to them, they will rip you off. They didnt even change my oil&filter.

They over charge then they "do work" you didn't ask for,wasn't aware about and not notifyed about even when you strictly tell them to call you before they do anything more then you asked! Also THEY DONT ACTUALLY FIX ANYTHING AT ALL! No work that there were supposed to complete is done so now you stuck with a huge bill that they basically came up with out of thin air considering they didn't actually fix anything and a broken car.THIS HAPPENS TO EVERYONE I KNOW WHO HAS GONE HERE!!!
We read the reviews for ACE before we went . We arrived on a Friday afternoon . We didn't expect they would take the time to look at our vehicle , yet they did. They gave us a quote ( it was less then we expected ) They kept our vehicle and the work was completed by midday the following day ! All good ! The owner was friendly with us and very easy going . We will definately be back !
Took My 2010 Ford Focus there for AC Repair did not fix it the first time so I took it back which cost me again replaced parts still does not work when I called it is somehow it is my fault and he started cursing at me and would cost a 3rd to look at it. avoid this place is my take on it after 600 dollar in last then a year and no working AC.
I recently took my truck to have work done with this mechanic and I have to say this has been one of the best experiences I have had with repairs. The guys here are very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. On top of the excellent customer service they have very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend anyone needing repairs to head to these guys first! Thank you aces automotive.

No Stars! Just traded in my 2005 PT Cruiser. Only 96710 km on it, one owner, following maintenance schedule. Bought a new car on Thursday, old car broke down on Friday and had to be towed to dealership. Was told that Ace's Automotive must not have done any of the work I paid for in the last 1.5 years. No evidence of oil changes actually being done, oil was dry! Air Conditioning Compressor not working, however the freon was topped up for a cost of $70.00. Head Gasket gone! Previous work i

Went to Ace Automotive at Park Road in Oshawa to get an oil change. Two days later I decided to check the oil before a road trip and found the oil as black as when I took it in. They did change the filter, but another mechanic I had look at it told me they either didn't change the oil or filled it with used oil because in all his years and mine to have never seen oil that black after it has been changed. The people at Ace Automotive were very rude and threatened me with legal action .

The shop took me in right away and fixed my car when it wouldnt start. i was really happy with the price and the service. they drove me home and picked me up when it was finsihed. havent had a problem since. thanks aces!
I have tried several mechanical shops in last few years, but after visiting Aces Automotive, I decided not to bother with any other shops. They are professional, honest people, especially Tonny, Excellent service and just rightly priced for the value. I highly recommend everyone to at least take your car once to witness the excellence of Ace's Automotive.

I took my car there too have 2 bolts taken off,he said NO PROBLEM may not get too it that night. Leave the car,says it took him hours too get them off,then held the car inside his garage until i came up with $250 CASH.I never would have left it knowing cost would be that!!!
