Delivery service communication between customer, home depot and their third part delivery service is very poor. A miscommunication today has cost them a lost customer. Jim in appliances made sure to give the poorest customer service I have ever received... in an attempt to share my concerns and complaints I was mocked and hung up on. No value for customers! There are however a few incredible employees within Home depot I have dealt with. Unfortunately I did not deal with one in this instance.
