    Would not recomme...

    Would not recommend. I am from out of town so i trust my new car transaction to them(was using a thirdparty finance company and this is who they used). I have no problems with the vehicle but the staff have no idea what each other is doing. It took them 10 days to register the vehicle in my name and get me the ownership. I called to ask a question the lady that answers the phones was rude and had no idea who to put my call through to so i said try finance. I got an answering machine left a message no response after 4 days. They took more then 2 weeks to pay out my old loan so i had to pay all the extra interest fees. Bad experience all around.

    Terrible terrible...

    Terrible terrible service. Brought in my jeep for an oil change and had to wait an hour and a half for a procedure that takes 10 minutes. Then I asked whether an update was available for my navigation system and the employee said he'd check for me. Then he sat down in front of me and ate a bag of m&ms... Then walked away to go on lunch. I asked ONE question. So awful I couldn't be more upset. I asked for 3 things (the third was to have my tire sensors reset) and in an hour and a half they accomplished an oil change. That's it. Don't go here.

    I am a first-time...

    I am a first-time buyer of a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler.  When an unanticipated delay arose in the delivery date for my new vehicle, your Sales Manager, Decio Menezes, quickly took charge of the situation to ensure that I would not be without a vehicle while waiting for my Jeep to arrive.  Decio showed his kindness and thoughtfulness by getting me a rental vehicle for the first week, and then by lending me his own Jeep SUV for the remainder of the time.  He remained cheerful and helpful throughout my many phone calls seeking updates on when my new vehicle would arrive.   I would like to see Decio receive an award for his hard work, kindness, thoughtfulness and the excellent customer service that he provided me.

    DON'T GO HERE FOR CAR REPAIR!!!!!!

    I seriously urge any of you reading this to not go to this location if you think something is wrong with your car. I had my car looked at by a service tech at the kanata location, they told me my transmission was to blame for my car troubles. Being closer for me, I decided to bring my car here (900 st.laurent) left it overnight and rented a car for the day for the work I do. The the next day they call me and tell me nothing is wrong with your car but your tires and we can sell you some for 600$. I confusingly declined, picked up my car and left. This was on a Friday... The Saturday my car got worse, I brought it back to kanata dodge and they again told me to get it in ASAP. I left and Sunday I found myself stuck on the side of the road with a dead transmission. I drive/drove a 2010 dodge Avenger, under 100,000km. If you want new tires, then have dodge tech's look under your hood! Oh and I have to give one star, it deserves less then 1
