One of the most pathetic and disrespectful place I've seen in Ottawa, and honestly, I called over 5 different locations for animal service's and I would get a reply or clear instruction within the day it self or the next day, but these guys, let's just say I got a reply from them between 4-6 months. they are extremely unreliable, if you ask them to contact you the next day, they dont give a single ass eff about you nor about your animal.
About to pick up our baby boy after 4 gruelling days waiting while he was in the hospital suffering from hemorrhagic gastritis. Everyone there was absolutely incredible in keeping us informed (texts and pics every morning) and thinking outside the box on potential other issues. I am indebted to them for their compassion for both me and Baxter.
A zero star rating is my first choice. Five hours plus waiting was told by vet to go elsewhere, they are too busy. Six days later my pet is still in another vets care.
We brought our dog Chilli in with respiratory issues. Very promptly he was seen and diagnosed. Sadly he wasn’t going to make it. Dr. Szyngiel helped with our decision for euthanasia, one hard to make as the parents. There was no question he needed his eternal rest. We were never rushed or confused, and the compassion was amazing. Dr. Betty S helped us carry him to our car and shared stories of her own lost beloved pets as we reminisced. For the saddest day, I’m so glad we were in her care.
Very good care and wonderful staff. My Tazzy has never stayed in hospital before. I was very worried. The daily communication with staff was excellent and provided me with the reassurance I needed. I'm so happy I chose to have Tazzy treated at Ottawa Veterinary Hospital. THANK YOU ALL!
