The Source Carlingwood Shopping Centre

Purchased a gift card from the source in the fall of 2017 for 275$ and just tried to make a purchase for 90$ for noise cancelling head phones. The rep at the store told me that all I had available was 81$ on my gift card! called the source and they had me wait for 45 mins on the line and came back with reversing the balance on my giftcard and didnt offer me any explanation about what happened, and then the rep over the phone hung up on me! this is a retailer I would highly stay far away from!
