Below comments were provided in November, 2017. Overall okay, except for maintenance. 2851 Baycrest Drive, the developer is Timbercreek. Maintenance is substandard: the left has been out of order for ages and Timbercreek does not bother about fixing it. Storage door in my flat fell down and I applied for maintenance a month ago, but no one even contacted us yet.
