The Personal Insurance Company Claims

Worst company ever. They won't listen they keep saying same sentence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN HAVE IN YOUR LIFE . NAD

Was in a collision with a woman (her fault) three weeks ago and her insurance company is The Personal. My insurance company contacted them twice, and I called them 6 times. No one has ever called me back. The woman who hit me reported the accident the next day. Do they figure Ill just give up?

Terrible claim experience!! Dealing with a restoration company called Sands Restoration who do not know what they are doing. They want to just do patch work and do not care that the job is not done the correct way or that the issue is resolved to a way that would make the insurer a happy customer. Just want to cut corners to save money on the claim. Shop around before calling them!
