    Customer service with investment was excellent now have a new advisor Jim or James, can’t get a call back!! Will be moving my investments

    Brutal customer service. I only dealt with the mortgage department. It was the worst banking experience of my life. They messed up a number of items during the implementation of the mortgage. They then tried pointing fingers everywhere from the real estate agent to the former lending institution.
