    Great service. Got a great rate on a mortgage with the terms I wanted. Vlad kept me informed of rate changes and other products that may meet my needs. It was a very easy process and Vlad was very knowledgeable and helpful to keep it as easy as possible. Vlad helped my greatly on my move to my new house. Thanks!

    I was less than i...

    I was less than impressed by my Bank and could not get an approval from them. However, Vlad at BASIC MORTGAGE was able to get the mortgage for me. Thanks for all your hard work Vlad.
