    Terrible customer service. Made an order online, received a receipt and when my brother went to pick-up the flowers nothing was ready. Their excuse was that their computers were down. If i would have sent this out for delivery, no flowers would have been sent. She barely provided a discount and we received something completely different from what we ordered. When discussed on the phone the lady had a number of excuses and a terrible tone.

    I've been dealing with Mona Lisa Florist for years and not only do they do amazing work but it's run by amazing people. I have put my trust and faith in them for my families most precious moments and have never been disappointed.

    NOT HAPPY :-(

    We spend over $200.00 for flowers that were not fresh. most of the flowers were brown be hide the nicer ones. I was a shamed, I only hope no one else noticed b/c my name was on the flower arrangement. NEVER, NEVER would i go to this place again. Find another flower shop!!
