Terrible experience, poor customer service

Horrible customer service, and bait/switch techniques. They made an appointment for my dog, and then when I drove there with my dog (30 minute drive each way for me) they told me that they couldn't take the dog because they overbooked. The back room doesn't look sanitary either, which is why they don't allow anyone to even take a peek at their facility. Would never recommend this facility to anyone that likes their pet or valies their time. Owner does not know how to run a business.
