We have visited Boston Pizza numerous times and always enjoy it. Our last visit was exceptional though! The service was excellent and our waitress was very attentive, polite, and interacted great with our children. Our food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. We had the Southwest Skins which is one of our favourites and I tried the Pulled Pork Sandwich with cactus cuts! I was very pleased with everything.
This was our second visit and the first one wasn't good either, but everyone has a bad day so we gave it a second chance. The first time we ate in, service was slow, pizza was cold and tastless. Last night we got take out, service was better but
the toppings were sparse, the crust was tough and bland and the price was too high for a bad pizza!

Absolutely the best food and service!! The patio is great even has a tv!! Could not be more then impressed. The staff actually look like they love working there!
NOT impressed. Sorry to all those that enjoy this place, but I really don't understand their policys, and service! I went with a large group of friends, and we all ordered an appatizer, and shared. The food was FAR less than impressive, and I found a lot of it bland, or boring. We also had drinks. This is what shocks me. I noticed there was a chip in the glass I was served, but didn't say anything - until I was drinking and all of a sudden had a large shard of glass in my mouth! I complained, and the only thing they did for me, was dump the rest of my remaining drink in another glass. No offer for another drink, no compinsation or anything! I'm sorry, but I will definatly NOT return to this establishment. Lets not mention that they are overpriced for the quality of the food you recieve. I have friends that love this place, but I must say - HATE IT.

This really burned me I ordered the pad thai its sappost to be a thai noodle and it was in the menu with having such a noodle lol and when it came it was a fettichine noodle i asked the waiter and he said oh thats the way they cook it lol
So why not call it a spicy fettichine dish with thai sauce lol
I will never go back till they get a cheif that knows the difference bettwen a thai noodle and a fettichine noodle lol
We go to Boston Pizza every week and love the Pizza's that is the main reason we go. They have many different types of pizza that one wouldn't normally try. Very friendly and great atmosphere.

Nice new restaurant, wel felt a little cramped in a corner table. Service was good friendly and coutious. Some really nice choices on the menu, although I do find it a little pricey considering there is no salad that comes with the entrees compared to other similar style restaurants.

Everything here is great except one thing: The prices. Everything is priced about double what it should be. Don't go to "Boston Pizza" for pizza - they have lots of other great items but the Pizza itself is the most expensive.
Reccomended appetizer: Cactus Nachos
We had the special of the day, which was a blt pizza with salad. The price was 6.95. The flavour of the food was excellent! But as the pizza cooled down it got very greasy. Service was excellent. You also a great cup / pot of tea here and no-one rushes you to leave.

Actually we never dined in. However the delivery service was admireable. Most places like Boston Pizza seem to skimp out on portion size when the order is being delivered, this doesn't appear to be the case with Boston Pizza. Thank you for the excellent pasta and the convience of delivery.

We stopped by for our first time about 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday Jan 30 because of the location and the interesting exterior of the building. We ordered and then waited ... and waited ... and waited. Finally, we were told that the order hadn't printed in the kitchen ('printer out of paper') and that it would be another 10 minutes. And we waited ... and we waited ... and I almost began to think the staff were hiding.
We also waited to get our bill - and it wasn't until we stood up and started to put our coats on that we got the tab.
The best food in the world will not make up for indifferent service, and we will try other pizza places in Sarnia before we go back to Boston Pizza. Too bad - some staff training on how to recover from an incident like this might at least go some way toward salvaging the customer, but we didn't feel any effort at all was made. Where was management?
