I told the young lady taking my blood that I’ve had trouble before finding the veins and not to “fish” to find it, well her hands were very shaky, she continued to poke and the second poke REALLY hurt, she pulled out and called someone else in. Next girl was very nice and found the vein no problem with no pain and no mark left. I sat in the chair crying after the First Lady, I was in shock of the pain and it brought up past experiences. If she was cold or nervous she shouldn’t have done it.
