    Like many I have spoken with I am unhappy with the 2 places in the Mall. I tried these guys for my phone. Fixed right and price was right. I then took my 10 yr old Mac (that Apple won’t touch) in. Huebert gave me more memory and cleaned it up. This week I took an IPod in. There is so much wrong with it. He advocated to his supplier and got me another for $35. I trust PC Service and I will continue to give them all of our business

    Went in with the iPhone 6plus with a broken screen. Was fixed in less than 3 hours, and was given 10$ off when my account was declined. Very professional and timely service!

    Here is the info that you need ... if you have a problem that no one else can fix, take your problem to PC Depot and ask for Hubert. Hubert will fix your problem. Let me say that again ... Hubert will fix your problem. I know because he fixed my iMac when an authorized Apple service depot said it couldn't be fixed. Don't listen to what others say. If you have a problem that can be fixed, Hubert at PC Depot will fix it. This review was not solicited .... Hubert will fix a problem if can be!

    I bought my most ...

    I bought my most recent computer from here and have been quite pleased with it. It was exactly what I wanted and they did the extra work (downgrade to WIN 7) promptly so it was ready to pick up before I left for an extended trip. More recently my son-in-law needed a cable to connect his laptop to a monitor and got what he needed at a fraction of the price asked by the big box stores.

    SO RUDE!!

    Wow... they have no faith or costumer appreciation policy.. i really just suggest NOT coming here as they did not take responsibility for my iphone that they didnt give back to me fixed the way it should be... basically said it was my problem not theres.. i straight out told them i was NOT coming back.

    go somewhere else

    took my ipod to get fixed here it was not fixed correctly, the screen was lifted up and after two days snapped off at the top.. when we returned to see if they could replace it they refused to take any responsibility we spent $190 and it didnt last a week. They dont respect their costomers or stand behind their work.. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE..

    Good Service Overall.

    I had to get the screen replaced on my galaxy S3. It took a while for the part to come in however, the phone itself was fixed in less than a day for a fair price. I would go there again to fix whatever I needed.

    STAY AWAY! (I'd give zero stars if I could)

    I have used this guy to build my last 2 PC's, despite having heard a few grumbles from some people who had had run-in's with him & refused to go there. The last time I went in for a repair, the PC came back the exact same as it went in. Took it back on the following business day (Monday), thinking it was no big deal, something was just missed, but was told by the owner that it was working when it left the shop and that I must have done something to it. He was SOOO rude & basically shouted at me...said he'd fix it this time, like I should be grateful. I will never, ever go back there. I've since heard more stories ....someone had RAM put into his laptop & it wouldn't fire up, but he refused to refund his money 'cause it worked when it was there. I'm seeing a pattern here. Hey guy, accept responsibility.....your work is just shoddy, and the first rule of business is the customer is always right, not you are always right! You know what they say, please one person and they tell noone, upset him, and he'll tell everyone!

    Store owner has no honor.

    I went to this store to buy a hard drive and specified to the clerk that I wanted a 7200 rmp sata 2 HD. When I went to install this HD into my system I discovered I was sold a 5600 rpm HD. When I brought the HD back to the store the owner refused to replace the HD with the appropriate HD I specifically asked for saying it wasn't his fault. He stated (as was clearly stated on the fine print of the receipt) that all returns that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocing fee. This store owner was rude and refused to take any blame for his employees mistake. I suggest using tiger direct or future shop as they have a good faith policy. Buyer beware.
