Swiss Chalet? NO WAY! Worst service from Sault Ste Marie outlet. Online order received wrong. Hot sandwich sent without gravy. Girl answering phone said it didn't come with gravy. Really? In whose world? She then refused to get manager on the phone because he was "too busy". Put us on hold for ten minutes the second time after she hung up "by mistake". Avoid this establishment! Brutal!
The manager needs to revisit his training policies and his business practices.

Thank you to Swiss Chalet for singing Happy Birthday to my son on his 18th birthday, complete with cake. I had called the Swiss Chalet on Great Northern Rd. from where I live in Toronto. I informed Jenifier one of the manangers that my son attended college there in Sault Ste. Marie and he was going to go to Swiss Chalet to enjoy a delicious traditional birthday dinner. With the help of Jenifier and my sons server Jody, we pulled off the birthday suprise. With my son being nine hours away from home, the Swiss Chalet made my day and my sons with what they had done to make his birthday special. Swiss Chalet is a warm, friendly family restaurant. Thank you Jenifier, Jody and Swiss Chalet.
We always go at least twice a month , and we love it. The service is great with kids, and the atmosphere as well! My husband loves the big dinner that comes with desserts, and the kids love the choices they get with their meals. I always look at the lighter menu which is healthier, so a taste for the whole family!

I went there a while ago, and had a great experience. My servers name was Nicole. She was so cute and helpful. Always a big smile on her face and you can tell she liked what she was doing.

I really enjoy Swiss Chalet! It's a great place to bring the family. The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes they can be very slow, and usually when that happens, the food is cold. However, this doesn't occur very often. My family and I are regulars, we really enjoy Swiss Chalet. And as always, the waitress was very kind and polite, aswell the manager, Frank, came to say Hi to us as usual. (he is very friendly)
My lady and I really enjoy coming here, we are regulars. They have really gotten their act together here lately, with exceptional service and seemingly better portions. All in all, a great place to eat, time and time again. We love our Swiss Chalet!
I love this resturant, all the staff is great, especially dainelle, she was my server and she was the best ever. She was fast and always met my needs. I give her a pat on the back for such a good job. Her great service makes me want to come back. Keep it up .

The business looked very un-organized and poorly run. I have visited other Swiss Chalets out of town and my experience was much better
I wont be going back to this one for some time
