My father is blessed to have had many great doctors looking after all these years, but unfortunately I dont believe Dr. Raymond Chan is not one of them. Dr. Chan had prescribed strong medications with high dosage for my father that caused harm, and in my opinion his attitude is insincere and unprofessional. He always appeared to be nice and friendly at the beginning of all our visits, however, that changes after about 5-10 min into the appointment. He quickly becomes rush and unfriendly.
