Formula Honda

This is by far THE WORST dealership I have ever encountered. The sales man named donnavan right down to the general manager Phil was a complete headache. I experience the worst service from this dealership and it’s my fourth Honda, you would think they would treat there loyal customers a bit better, instead they treat you like shit. They only care about the customer signing a deal. I will NEVER go back to this dealership ever again or recommend that anyone go here for that matter. Horrible!!!

Went for an oil change, i got a valve cover gasket replaced. Can you stop looking for something to replace and do what i came for. Brake pads, rotors you name it we can replace it! Never coming back!

The one star goes to the receptionist. The service at this dealership is very poor, from the arrogant service advisories to the poor technicians and service managers. I used to take both my wife’s car and mine there for service, after they damaged my tire again I will never go back.

Excellent Service at Formula Honda

I just purchased a Honda Pilot from Formula Honda and it was a great experience. I was shopping around at other dealers and didn't get all my questions answered until I called Formula Honda. The receptionist was very pleasant, she put in touch with the Sales Manager who answered all my questions, and book an appointment for me to visit the store. On arriving for my appointment ,they had everything ready for me.The process was relaxed and fair. On picking up my truck, the General Manager came over and thanked me for my business, what a nice touch. Great jobs guys, my family is enjoying our new truck. TommyS
