Adam our salesperson at Scarborough location was excellent he helped us chose the right sofa sleeper and power recliner. As seniors he made our purchase easy. Thank you great furniture we have used you before and furniture stmill going.

My fiance and I went to lazy boy Scarborough JAMIL was the one who helped us . He was very knowledgeable and treated us amazing , he explains every furniture very detailed from what’s it made of to even lifting all the chairs and showing us the underneath to show quality . He also tried he’s hardest to get it delivered asap and he got it done . He does not judge anyone we felt very comfortable with him .

Our salesperson (Miriam) was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me space to just browse without hovering over me. She was also very helpful when my husband and I returned to the store to make our purchase.

Lazy boy staff were very accommodating in expediting the delivery of a recliner. The staff (Bob) was quite pleasant to deal with and was knowledgeable about their product.

Also, we want to mention that Wendy the interior designer was a pleasure to work with, she is knowledgeable and very accommodating.
