Ordered ties in March for a wedding in June and never heard back and then lockdown hit. Followed up when stores reopened and my ties were never ordered and never would have been ready for my wedding. In July I was told they were reordered, a month later no call. I went to the store and said its been since March where are the ties or I want a full refund. They ran around the store and pulled them off the shelf. Terrible servie and experience. Never going back.

I had been at the store about 2 years ago. I had walked out as their salesperson I was dealing with was not very professional. Different experience today. Salesperson was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. My favourite clothing store, again.
