Horrible customer service.

Traveled all the way from Bradford Ontario (about 61 km) to look at a 08 Audi A6 they had on the lot. Car had small signs of wear and tear but overall was a decent car. We agreed on a fair price and asked for a test drive. This is where everything went downhill. The dealer asked for a deposit before the test drive and there was no way we would be allowed to test drive without a deposit and if we were really serious about the car. We said we could not make such commitments without looking at how the car drove first. The sales person still insisted we put a deposit and would not let us test drive it if we didn't. He then started blabbing about random stuff and even when we said "listen to what we are saying", he was very unprofessional and continued blabbing as to why he cant do it. And then after he acknowledged ( after raising our voice pretty high) what we were trying to tell him, he started accusing us of "not being serious" ( even though we stated from how far away we drove just to look at that one car). That was the last straw for us and we walked out just like that. The fools that run the dealership have no sense of customer service and want to take your money from the deposit you would put down for a test drive ( there is no guarantee you will get the money back). I call this a very bad practice. Future buyers beware, avoid this dealership at all costs.... no matter how good the car is, if they don't let you test drive without a deposit... then its not a good sign. DO NOT EVEN VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. I would have bought the car if it wasnt for the poor customer service
