I came to Toronto Quality Motors and I bout my first vehicle 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA .The best experience I have ever had buying vehicle. . They did excellent job by advising me which car to buy. They have changed my tires for free, did maintenance work which was not in their scope or agreement. I had new credit and they helped me to get the best rate . A few staff members are pleasant however? the owner will sell you a lemon then stop answering your calls. I was sold a car that needed a new Engine and would not see me two months after I bought it and the Engine light came on. I was sold a vehicle that wouldnt legally pass an Ontatio safety. I begged them to take care of me but it appears they rather make a sale. I do not recommend this company from experience. Been one month since the owner said he would call me back and he has not.
khaled was very helpful with the purchasing of our new car. Hes very professional and polite. He was great to work with and always tried his best to help us and reassure us with any concerns we had. Purchased a car was told it would be available by the Friday before Christmas. It wasn't. I was told by another one of the owners that what difference does few hours make (we had plans out of town thats the difference). Called later that evening still wasn't ready. Recently I came back to them to fix my car as I broke my back bumper , they send to their body shop and they give me their shop price. I bought my car there a month ago from there. they helped me find the car I was not initially looking for and my family and I like it a lot. we were provided with car reports at time of test drives and knew with each car we tested what we were dealing with, there were no hidden surprises. Good prices with decent customer service. I would put in my two cents. I bought a 2009 Honda CRV from them about 2 month. One of the service or mechanic ( I really don't know what to classify him as, I've seen him do more than just garage work) really took care of me with any questions I had about the vehicle. Showed me everything there was to know about the vehicle and really made me feel comfortable with the purchase.
