I have been taking my 4 dogs to woof-n-cuts every 5 weeks for 8 years now. I have always been extremely happy with their grooming. I am not the best at brushing them consistently, so grooming every 5 weeks is imperative to keep my boys from getting matted. Danielle is awesome and my boys love her! I would not go anywhere else!
I would not recommend using this grooming service. They are nickel and dimers to squeeze you for extra money using whatever excuse they can come up with for such extra charges when most groomers have fixed rates per size of dog. Their rates and cuts are set so that you have to bring your dog in more often so they make more money. Very rude, I could have charged the employee with forcible confinement. The cut was terrible with many uneven spots, and our dog was not bathed as suppose to be.
Will not be returning. I’ve had my dog for almost five years and in those five years I’ve never gone to a groomer who has been so rude, condescending, critical or accusatory. A groomer has never asked me how often I get my dog groomed and then go into me like I’m a terrible dog mom. This place just wants to try and pressure you to go in more often so they can make more money. The only reason I decided to give this place a go is because they were a few dollars cheaper than petsmart.
Danielle the owner is the real deal! And also Cat is also a true gem! Together they make for the perfect team! I have always taken my dog here for his nails and they are incre4dibly professional, friendly, and all around amazing! Being my dog is a min-pin and does not like his paws handled at all... these two ladies own him and love him to bits. I cannot explain in words how great these ladies are. Just take it from me and give them a chance. You will not regret it!
Had a wonderful experience, the girls were extremely friendly and they made my dog extremely comfortable. They did exactly what I asked. Would definitely recommend and go again.
This is the best groomer EVER!!!! Danielle and Cat are Amazing with my Daisy and with me!:) They are awesome!! Daisy ALWAYS looks great after leaving. They are #1 in my book, that's for sure!!
They do a great job on our little Yorkie.
I love Danielle for my pet groomer! My dog is more comfortable with her than anyone before. It's nice to always have the same groomer, whereas when I used to go Petsmart it was always someone different and always lots of dogs barking of crying. My dog always looks super cute and she is very careful of her lumps and bumps on her skin. She even notified me of a bump she hadn't felt before and I was able to show my vet (who didn't feel it at first). Couldn't be happier! (Just wish they were in Nobleton)
Service was amazing. They did an excellent job on my doggie. Great prices as well. Love that the owner is there daily an is hands on. Most improtant my dog loved it. We will defently be returning customers :)
For a new business in town it has really sad hours for your average day Joe the owner of the place seems distant and not to helpful but that's just an opinion of mine keep your coat on its cold inside and keep your phone on because when there done they want the dog picked up asap on a plus side front reception seems nice and is eager to help you get answers that your looking for. prices are fair and so worth at least a try
