    I left a message to Rob. 5 minutes later he called back and he was here a half-hour later to correct a problem I had with my garage door. Prompt, excellent and effective service.

    Left numerous voice messages and text messages, did not even have the courtesy to call me back. Almost 2 weeks later still nothing. This morning when I finally got Rob on the phone he actually hung up on me. I wound up fixing my door myself for $14.50, saved a pile of cash. Do not hire this guy, you will be disappointed
