Food was 30 minutes late and they didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the fact. Super frustrating.
I do not regularly eat at this one. I prefer the one on Cliifton Hill in Niagara Falls. I went here for a date with my boyfriend. I was seated rather quickly and drinks were delivered quickly. I ordered their pepper pizza. Waited about 25 minutes and then got our food. It had less toppings as the picture on the menu. The atmosphere was fine. The waitress staff were adequate. But overall I prefer the Clifton Hill Boston Pizza. The waitress staff seem a lot happier. And the food LOOKS LIKE THE MENU PICTURES. There is quality in the food at other restaurants, not this one as much.
This place is amazing. The service was second to none and they handled our large group with ease. Pizza was delicious, steaks were cooked perfectly. They have amazing drink specials too! We went on a Tuesday and had 32 oz beers for $7 tax in! Cannot wait to catch Monday Night Football on their big screen!
My Husband and I have been eating at the Pen Centre Boston Pizza since its opened. We've gotten to know the staff there just by coming in for dinner and the occasional lunch. We are always greeted with the utter most kindness and treated like royalty. We often have had the same servers for the past couple years and they always remember our order and make us feel quite at home. The food is always great, and if theres ever been a problem, its fixed quickly and graciously. We will continue to eat there for some time to come.
I walk in there and i sit down with my Lady. It was a first date gone wrong. My lady ordered a salad and I ordered a steak. The Server came back with a salad for my lady and plate of nachos for me. I look at the plate, and wondered "Is that a Boston Pizza steak?" I told the server that I did not order Nachos, and that it was in fact a steak. She argued with me for a few moments and than stomped away a brought me back a steak about 20 mins later. I told her to make it Mid Rare. Of course it was well done. My lady suggested that we just leave and not pay the bill. And so, we did.
Amazing service and staff! They really know how to cater large groups, we ate in the bar for the Leafs game. To my surprise they had the biggest, clearest big scree TV I have ever seen. I heard they do UFC there as well...we'll definitely be back...a lot!
We had a fabulous time, the food was great, and the service was top notch! we will be back soon.
The food was really great, a bit pricey, but no complaints. Kareoke was really loud and there weren't many good singers, but thats no the resturants fault i guess. Overall it was a good experience. And we loved our bartender, he was so hot.
I have been here several times and service is always top notch. Food is good and portion size is huge. Most importantly, they have the coldest beer in the city!!
The staff is the most incompetent but pretty group of people I have ever had serve me. Maybe they should start looking for quality people instead of beautiful people. The food was cold and ill prepared and the waitress didn't even know that there were two soups, instead combining the soups into one to create a new and exciting soup called Chicken cream of broccoli.
We arrived in the bar area and waited almost 15 minutes for a server. The bar was not busy. My boyfriend and I decided it was best to leave since no one was willing to serve us. Terrible service every time - actually it was our second attempt at this BP's. The first time our food arrived cold, incorrect, and tasted horrible. Not impressed!
