Very bright and clean Salon. Great staff, fantastic job for dipping nails - very happy with the results and will definitely come back!
I had one of the best pedicures ever. May was careful, thorough and pleasant. I’m looking forward to my monthly scheduled visit.
AWFULL customer service!!! I would Never recommend this place to anybody, they couldn't even say hello. Not one word was spoken durring my visit. Not even a hello , goodbye or thank you. NOTHING .... Not even in Chinese / or whatever !!!!! When she was done with my nails she got up and walked away and left me sitting there ......?? I had to ask another lady if she was done and could I pay .
The actual quality of their work is good, as I find their manis and pedis take a long time to chip which is great, and the prices are decent but I can't get over how bad their customer service has become. I used to enjoy going there, but recently returned and was quickly reminded why I changed salons. Staff were pretty unprofessional. Don't video chat on your phone while providing a service. That's a bit ridiculous.
I have gone to many nail salons but KNT Nails is by far the best mani-pedi experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and they were able to service me quickly though i didn't have an appointment. I definitely recommend this nail salon to everyone! will come back again!
I went into this salon expecting to have a very relaxing experience. Instead what I had was quite the opposite! I was hurried in picking my color before I sat for my pedicure with an older woman who seemed to rush on me so she could move on another client. She did a very poor job and she rolled her eyes when I called her out on it. Next, the younger woman (they did pedicure and manicure at the same time, that made me to sit in uncomfortable position the whole time) who did my manicure did such a sloppy job as she rushed through it. I asked the owner to finish up my pedicure. But she refused to do so. She said things like, your feet are really dry, your cuticles need to be trimmed, you have to take better care of your feet and they can’t spend all day to do our pedicure. I would think business owners would be thankful for business and treat customers well. This DID NOT happen. At this point, I was just ready to leave. I didn’t let them to paint my nails. The fact of being uncomfortable sitting there, feeling rushed, and paying the amount of money I was... (Just to mention, they didn’t offer me any discounts) I didn't want to be there anymore. I would rather pay twice what I did then to get the poor customer service, poor quality of service not to mention that my hands and feet didn’t feel and look pretty!!! Stay away, save your money, go somewhere else. Buyers beware!!!!!
Great Salon experience! Helen and her staff, Kim, Linda and Jessica do a wonderful job. They take their time and don't rush you thru. My mani/pedi's last a long time. Very friendly and not overpriced. Good location on Hazeldean Rd between Kanata & Stittsville.
