Shoppers Drug Mart

Cashiers are rude and very slow,never smile or even greet a customer .Pharmacy often notifies you that your medication is ready for pick up,but when you come-it’s not there,so many times you have to come 2-3 times.

If your looking to buy the specials you have to get them on the first day of the sale or they will be out of stock. Some of the cashiers are not very friendly.

Terrible store. I live right around the corner and thought this store would be so convenient to grab last minute items, but this store never has the items I need in stock!! I have come here many times needing items and can’t get them because they are out of stock. I worked at a shoppers drug mart where we NEVER let that happen. Very frustrating as a customer and I find myself avoiding this store!!

This pharmacy is terrible. Our family moved to the area and transferred all of our files to this store. It is advertised as a simple process which it was not. They asked for our information over 10 times because it was not entered correctly. We have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy in getting our prescriptions re ordered or filled. The staff are rude. We will be moving our business to Rexall on upper Ottawa and stone church where customer service is a priority.

From a customer service stand point, this store gets low marks . I once in a while stop in to purchase somethig or have my lottery tickets checked. More recently, ive had issues with one staff member who does check out. Ive dealt with her on more than one occasion. She was rude and argumentative with me .Furthermore, she fed in my winning lottery ticket in the lottery machine incorectly , and ripped it. I will never set foot and shop at Shoppers drug mart ever again. They just lost a customer .
