    Went to the Barrie Ont Home Depot store to buy a fridge. I was told the lady was on her 15 minute break and should be back shortly. I have no problem with that . Trouble is she never came back.we left the store and went to Rona were we spent 0ver $2800. When your employees go for break there should be someone there to replace that employee. Furthermore this store is a joke they are more interested in in their paycheques than customer service with their devil May care attitude. I’m a contractor

    It is too bad that the review level does not go into the minus level. They don't deserve a 'one star'. I am dealing with new appliances, they are in no rush to get my issue resolved now. Their DIS-service is pathetic, appalling, disgusting, horrible, a disgrace. So you deal with the upper management and if you call too many times they pass your message onto a junior below them. Questions after questions never get answered. Nobody is accountable for something they have done wrong. Zip...

    Poor customer service. They advertise a price online and then they will not honor it. Customers have to suffer because of poor staff who cannot do their job properly. I would rate them 0 stars if I could

    Horrible online shopping experience when going to the store for curbside pickup. Despite receiving the email that said my order "was ready for pick-up", I had to first wait 20+ minutes at the store and then had to leave without anything, and then after returning 2+hours later, had to wait 45+ minutes for my products. Also, it now says my order is "complete", but another product that was/is being shipped to store as part of the same order and that I paid for, wasn't available so I'm still waiting

    Nothing more than another layer of menu-driven choices that get you to the stores and same customer care central number. This is not the corporate office.

    The worst customer service of any company. I will never shop here I ordered online and one and a half months later I still didn’t get my money back. I spent numerous hours waiting on the phone, (many reference numbers ) after one month I was given a UPS label with the wrong receiver address! I asked Home Depot to check it and then I requested to UPS to return the package to me. Nothing happened. Today I tried to speak with a supervisor and I was put on hold indefinitely. Another 3 hours no answ!
