Our family has gone to this vet for 2 generations without a complaint, but owners changed and so did their practices. Typically you can make payment arrangements for large vet bills. In order to pick up my dog- I had to immediately pay $2800 or they refused to release her. Not going to the bathroom- that’s another $500, but I called another vet and discovered pumpkin was all she needed. Now I have a letter terminating us as clients “due to the breakdown of the vet-client-patient relationship.
