This has been the worst customer service i have received from any car dealership. 1 star is generous to the treatment i have received. Recently I inquired about purchasing a 328i and made a $1000 deposit. Initial the sales person informed me it would take 1 week and so did the business manager i spoke with. The business manager informed me that I was an international student and the process would still proceed as plan if I get approved it has been 2 WEEKS now since and i barely receive any u

Worst Experince of getting a new Car

This is the the worst Dealership to get a new car from The service is none existing. The Sales guy Warren never called me after he got the deal. Management Antonio is a sales Manger will only bully you when you call him. To top it of the General manger/partner is a young girl in her 20's wich sounds like a brocken record when she talks going around in circules and does nothing. I was taking a video wich is up on youtube on how bad the delivery of the car was. This guys did't show or explain one single Thing about the Car, They properly don't know how any thing works them self. This kind of experience gives BMW a bad name. I have filled a formal complain with BMW Canada and BMW Germany.
