Bay Cat Hospital is wonderful! Ive been taking my furbaby Figaro there since he was 1 year old and hes now 12 years old and I wouldnt think of taking him anywhere else! The level of compassion and care he has received is extraordinary. From reception to seeing a Doctor, we are treated like family and the staff goes out of their way to make Figaro feel comfortable, even talking to him, petting him, and playing with him.

I thought I did my research going to this place. But I felt like they completely took advantage of the fact that I was a new pet owner. Guilted me into paying for completely unnecessary and expensive testing, which I found out later found out was not even accurate for such a young animal. Dishonesty, and taking advantage of clients is seriously poor business practice. I will not be going back.

Super service

Took an hour explaining everything I needed to know about my new puppy. After getting out of the exam he was showered with hugs from the receptionist.
