    Nice surroundings people will help you and accommodate you if your disabled. Plus the selection is great and price is right.

    Like so many othe...

    Like so many other posters have already said, Wow are the staff ever rude. So rude that I actually asked to speak to a manager. I shouldn't have been surprised when the manager was even worse than the employee - condescending, defensive, and, well...rude. I asked to speak to the owner and was told good luck - the manager hadn't seen him in 6 months. The selection is hit-and-miss, better prices can be found on Amazon, you can't return purchases, selling books here is a disaster.
