I apologize to you Ross B for the misunderstanding that took place with regards to the service we provided to you. All of our phone and tablet services are offered with a 30 day labour and parts warranty. If our clients can provide us with a valid receipt within the 30 days of the service we will repair or replace the screen (without scratches) free of cost. In response to your review, you mentioned you provided City Cloud with 2 iPhone 5C'S and your iPad. Your girlfriend's phone was repaired first, you were both present and observing. When it was complete your girlfriend began to use it and she said she was impressed with the repair. When your phone was opened up it was missing a few parts and screws so he replaced the screen with the missing parts and screws that were in store. (No charge for the new parts, screws or labour) you were only charged for the screen. Over two and a half months later your girlfriend came back to the store demanding to have her phone repaired for free because her screen was broken. She said this happened while on vacation so she was not able to communicate this to us. She took our business card prior so she could have contacted us about the break, if she contacted us when this happened (within the time of warranty) we could have repaired it. Her warranty was expired by the time she returned. She stormed out of the store very upset. Only when the request for a free repair was denied, this bad review was posted.
