Went in for a PCA promotion and the very first visit for the manicure, the lady was preoccupied with other matters and thought that she was all scattered all over the place. I kind of ignored it. But then I called for a hair appointment and they said it was busy so I booked the following Saturday and come in and the lady tells me that my PCA promotion card is expired. The promotion is to attract new customers but then they cannot even handle the business. Poor customer service.
