    When our company ...

    When our company decided to open a new office a year ago we did a lot of research on the best approach for installing a phone system. We wanted to keep the initial investment low but we wanted to have the advanced features. We needed to be able to expand the needs of another location. MeloTel customer service was extremely helpful while we were installing everything.

    Thoroughly impres...

    Thoroughly impressed with the support and service. I got my phones for free saving me almost $2000. I feel like I am getting a great value from my relationship with MeloTel. I have referred them to other business owners who also say they are satisfied.

    Customer for life! Long time customer, very happy

    I have been a customer of melotel since 2009. One of the first customers. I know the CEO personally and vouch 100% for melotel as a service provider for my business. Our company has a sales team of 45 agents and 10 admin staff. We also have offices in different cities and melotel connected them all. From the moment I contacted them, I have been completely astonished with the way that I am treated as a customer and I love that that when I call them, they are available fast, and do everything they can to help. They have helped us even on occasions when it was determined the problems were our fault. The call quality, and flexibility in their phone platform is incredible. It integrates with our CRM software (which they also provide us). The value I get for the services they provide me is excellent.
