STAY AWAY! U of T researchers do yourself a favor and stay away. This place is terrible. Cheapest paper, printer quality and worse of all they will sell your private information. Ever since I used their services I have been getting spam email and calls.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. They somehow expect you to know about printing and its setup-god forbid you rely on them for "expertise". You try to show them how it should look but they don't care, they're on auto pilot. Automatons who don't use common sense when printing and don't see what they're doing. I had to pay extra to correct the incorrect job they did the first time. When you go to their store or website, there's no guidelines to their pricing and how they come up with the number. BAD

Staff is friendly.... Prices are competitive, and their printing technology is cutting edge. I highly recommend them when looking for a quality printer in Downtown Toronto.
