    Fantastic clinic in all respects

    This is a fantastic clinic in all respects! The front office is very efficient and friendly. The clinic is also extremely clean and welcoming and will accommodate appointments for you during your lunch time which may be theirs. They are also very compassionate to their patients. I had an acute disc herniation in my neck with symptoms down my arm. The Physiotherapist owner diagnosed my condition on the first visit and then recommended I ask my Dr. for an MRI. I had the MRI which confirmed the

    FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

    I found my physiotherapy assessment to be very comprehensive and extremely thorough. After my assessment, the physiotherapist explained all his findings to me in detail and I had ample time to ask numerous questions. I have had a herniated disc with pain in my neck and numbness down my arm and fingers for over 6 months. The hands on treatment I received was very gentle to start and the treatment progressed as I made improvements. The area that was being treated was discretely exposed and I never felt uncomfortable at any point. After 3 weeks of regular treatment, I began to have numerous days without symptoms and after 6 weeks of therapy, I am glad to say I am pain free! All this thanks to Russel. Would I recommend this clinic to others? Most definitely yes, I already have! -Dianne

    Worst Physiotherapy Clinic EVER

    These people are not professionals. The Centre for Physiotherapy exacerbated my pre-existing condition to keep me coming back for additional treatments. This is the worst physiotherapy clinic ever.

    Hi Brad, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Looking at your treatment dates at The Centre, you had a total of 5 treatments for a chronic problem. At no point during these sessions did you mention that your problem was getting exacerbated or that you were having any issues. In fact on your treatment notes, it was clearly documented that you said you were actually feeling better with more mobility. Because we strive to maintain a high level of customer service and a diamond level experience for all our valued clients at our Centre, it would have been of great value had you mentioned any issues you may have been having at that point during your treatments and not 7 months later. This would have allowed us to be in a better position to rectify and address any potential problems immediately.

    Exceptional Clinic and Staff!!

    I suffer from chronic back pain. When I moved to Toronto, I heard about Russel Lang at The Centre for Physiotherapy. The manual therapy that I received for my back from Russel was unbelievable! I have never had a treatment like that anywhere before. The front office and support staff are excellent as well. Thanks Russel!- AG

    Excellent Therapists and Staff!

    It has been seven years since I initially came to see Russell with a very painful lower back due to a bulging disk. I had tried a variety of treatments in the past which had all helped a bit - but they had all left me back where I started after treatment was completed. It took more than a year of treatment, but at the end of it I was pain free! And with the maintenance plan that Russell recommended, I am still pain free today!     Great personal hands on attention!

    I had physiotherapy at The Centre for Physiotherapy for a chronic back issue. Russel was my therapist. He did a great job diagnosing my problem and really spends quality time with you at each treatment. He clearly knows what he is doing! I am now back working out at the gym on a regular basis without pain thanks to him. I would most definitely recommend Russel and his friedly staff.
