    Terrible Supervisor's handling complaints

    Me and my friends just came from church and decided to go to run Hortons in st Clair but because the line up was long we decided to come to 603 Davenport Tim Hortons . Unfortunately, the cashier made a mistake punching the right amount and forgot to give our $10 change . We talked to their supervisor Shayan and he said he will rectify the problem in 10 minutes. 10 minutes become 30 minutes so we decided to leave without our change. Awful service and lacks customer service training big time.

    BEWARE!! THIS LOCATION WILL RANDOMLY TICKET YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU PARK IN THEIR LOT. THEN THEY WILL REQUIRE YOU TO COME TO THE STORE TO PULL VIDEO FOOTAGE TO PROVE YOU WERE AT THEIR LOCATION!!! NEVER GO TO THIS STORE....
