The worker damaged my flooring because the worker dragged my chair from the living room onto the hallway, being a heavy chair it gouged the floor. Owner said he would cover the damage but then changed his mind. They advertised they use Carpet Stain Removal but they do nut use that product when cleaning and that was one reason I had hired them. My carpets do not look any cleaner with the cheaper brand cleaner.
