Terrible secretar...

Terrible secretary. I came to the office with a referral from my family doctor her wrote ASAP as my eyes were swollen, red, burning and so much pain. His secretary told me there is no way Dr. Hershenfeld will see me and she doesn't care whether I have a pain. I should go to emergency and she said that she will call me the same day at night to schedule an appointment and she never got back to me. This is not how to threat patients. I would never go back again. She is the meanest secretary ever.
