I got Airflight Taxi from Pearson airport. I was really tired after long flight and I left my second phone in the car and realized next day when I saw their car in my driveway. A different driver came and returned my phone. I am really impressed with service and cars were very clean. Definitely using them again and recommend to all!
I have trusted Airflight Services on several occasions over the past 7 years to get me to the airport with no hitches or worries on my end. I don’t travel a lot, but I do recognize and appreciate a good transportation service when I find it. Taxi provides excellent service with friendly interactions – and their fleet appears to be regularly maintained, which is something that I look for in public transportation. At 2:00 in the morning on Monday, I needed a ride round trip and it was the most comfortable taxi ride I have ever had in Toronto. Despite this time, the driver was attentive and friendly, took me quickly and safely to my destination and dropped back. Overall, the price was very good and I will recommend it.

This is one of the best taxi companies at Toronto airport. Cabs are fully insured, Cab drivers are very professional & knows GTA very well.
Excellent service… Driver communicated promptly, efficiently and regularly with me. We used them to and from Toronto Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls. Cars were clean and the drivers they used were professional, courteous and drove very carefully and responsibly and would definitely recommend this company.
It was amazingly clean car and welcoming driver who kept me engaged in the whole journey and didn't make it boring at all. I will be looking forward for same welcoming service once again soon.
First-class service, very punctual and friendly. Online booking was fast and efficient, we booked Linkcoln MKT. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our driver Mr. Rammy was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was heavy traffic on the roads but this company never charged extra and it was simply one flat rate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Five stars from me guys and I will always use Airflgiht.

I just used their service recently, and booked for an SUV. Their car was better than expected, and I felt like VIP.
As an individual who travels to the states often, I use Airflight Services to drive me to the airport, and have them come me pick-up when I arrive. I have been using them since April 2017. Their cars are always clean, and the drivers are always nice to me
The cars are nice, and drivers are very professional. They know their way around the city as well as the cheap pricing.
Streamlined booking process with good customer service and assistance. Drivers are well mannered. Best part of the transaction - no extra charge for Toronto traffic that we faced on our way back home.
Avoid Airflight taxies. Family of 4 with 3 regular sized suitcases and one smaller carry-on bag. The driver demanded "excessive baggage charge", despite all bags fitting fine in the trunk with more space left. Ended up paying $70 going to North York where normal price is closer to $55. We've been traveling years as a family with these bags and it's the first time it was called "excessive". 4 passengers/4 bags is a standard setup. Complained to Airflight service - no reply at all. Avoid
I had very bad experience with AirFlight in Toronto. The driver was very unfriendly and surly. After starting out on our trip to the airport which costs $51 (26 kms) from our house, we forgot something and had to go back. We were a few blocks from the house. He charged us $24 extra????
I was charged more than the posted rate. Driver watched me carry my son in one arm and try to put my luggage with the other hand.
The worst taxi company I have ever used,they charged us extra for waiting 5 minutes , there were no space to put our luggage because the driver had his own lunch box in the car, the driver never help in putting the luggage in the car , we tried to call the company , they said we can do nothing ,I do not recommend this company
I have used most of the Airline Limos over the years but I do keep coming back to Airflight. While they all have late model cars, I prefer their drivers. They are more polite and personable and I find they are always conscientious drivers. I have had some poor experiences with other companies (or drivers that ruined it for me) because of driving way too fast and weaving in and out of lanes. I plan my pick ups with sufficient time and do not need any additional stress from a crazy driver. Airflight has not let me down yet.
