The service is awesome, they take the time to know who I am and what I needed in the way of coverage, I have needed to call them in an emergency and they were there walking me through every step of the way, thank you Donovan's
I have been a client of Donovan Insurance Brokers for close to 30 years, the service and integrity of this company has been excellent! So much so that I have have taken a job with them and have been working with them for 5 years.
There is a common expression in our world today. One of them is don't trust brokers. Unless of course these brokers happen to be your friend and they are hooking you up. If not, they still pretend to be your friend to seal the deal. As for service. It takes about 4 voicemails and 2 weeks for them to reply via something you can take to court. IE email. They, with 20/20 vision now, purposely prefer phone calls/in person because its through those mediums that they can flip flop and pretend they didn't say or claim that. When responding through emails, it becomes cryptic and its clear they are covering only themselves and have no interest in helping you figure out anything.
