great facility!

They are a great team and the gym has a great vibe. Clean, spacious, and advanced! The city's largest for a reason.

poor equipment maintenance

I have been a member since Lifestyles Gym began. In this time, they have never kept their equipment in good working order. Specifically, their TV's never integrate with the audio on the cardio machines. This affects almost half of all their cardio equipment. Also, many of the treadmills and elliptical trainers are in dis-repair, but they keep them in use anyway. I bought my membership at a good rate years ago and live too close to cancel, however, I paid for working equipment and you just don't get that here. This is an ownership/management problem for not overseeing their entire product. Could be a great gym, but just a disappointment!

Clean, esteticaly pleasing, new equipment, f

Friendly staff. Only prob is poor organization of equipment. I visited this gym on vacation. If i lived in Windsor I would join this gym.
