Great Northern Insulation

GNI is dishonest, unprofessional, detestable. They forego the “free onsite consultation” stated from Costco site, lied about measured insulation level, vent install, quoted lines that never shared with us, claimed to have called us which never happened, technicians were rude. Great Northern Insulation was initially hired by a contractor to reinsulate our attic space. Unfortunately to do this job we had to remove the roof to access the attic. Our roofing company came and removed the rear of the roof to give GNI full access to the attic to apply spray foam and loose fill on top, we were charged $6264.72 for insulation. No one from GNI communicated with us while they were here. They were done in only a few hours and left. Thought the job had been completed until mid Nov

Very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions. They explained what they would do to get our attic up to a R60 rating. They showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

I live in an old house. And I am a certified worrier. The ceiling in our kitchen was constructed long before building codes. I was concerned about having someone up there blowing in insulation. Everyone, from Nick who I spoke to on the phone, to Chris the field inspector who came out to look at the attic beforehand, to Brennan and Del who did the work, went out of their way to ensure my peace of mind. A great organization.

The Team led by Del was onsite today (Jul.13, 2018) to insulate our Attic and the Garage - Brennan, John and Will were assisting. The team worked very well together, very professional, very efficient, very organized, did a great job. Customer Service was amazing! The workmanship was top notch - arrived on time and took the time to get the job done well. They vacuumed the area prior to leaving too. I had my attic insulation topped-up by Brennan/Taylor/Lucas, they arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and efficiently, while also explaining to me the process they would take to get the job done. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. I would use them again in the future.

The process was seemless. The installers Brennan and Scott were on time, professional and explained everything regarding the process and did an amazing job. They treated our home and did the work as if it was their own home. They went the extra step. I would recommend them and GNI for your insulation work.

Great work, fast and punctual!

From beginning to end the process was very professional and smooth. The crew arrived at 8:30 am and went to work immediately putting down plastic at the entrance, inspected the attic found it in good condition and began installing the insulation. The staff were Brennan and Lucas who explained everything and worked very efficiently. The house was left clean and tidy and we were very satisfied with the installation. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
