Rajan was very quick to respond to my emails and numerous questions. His contacts (plumer, electrician...) were excellent as well. His rates are very reasonable for very good quality workmanship.

We hired Rajan with no reference from anyone to remove tiles in the 300 sq feet kitchen, to level the floor and to install new 24x24 porcelain tiles etc… We would like to thank his team for a job very well done. The team had to reno our entire main level, move our kitchen and family room, redo the basement, paint our 3000sqft home and redo our stair railing. The team delivered in time and on budget as promised and did an amazing job. They were always friendly, on time, stayed late when things got delayed, meticulous and cleaned after each day of work. They treated our house like it was their own. Rajan was very easy to work with, professional and a great guy. I highly recommend them for any job.
We just redid our shower due to loose tiles. We were going to change the tiles and leave everything else the same but Rajan made suggestions to redesign for virtually the same price. Small changes that completely change the look of the Master shower and thus the bathroom. By simply opening up the door entrance to the shower we have updated the look due to Rajan's experience. The shower is gorgeous. The work done was meticulous. Friendly service. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
We had our two bathrooms totally reconfigured and renovated this past August 2015. Rajan and his amazing crew (Deep, Yvon and the rest) exceeded our expectations and really put our concerns to rest with honesty and hard work.
Rajan presented us a billed quote before starting the renovations and in under 4 weeks completed both bathrooms as promised. The work site was tidy and cleaned up after each day. Most importantly the finishing and workmanship was second to none. Highly recommend A1!

He is going to give out a resonable price and pictures from internet to get your job, after that, there is a black hole waiting for you. You will find you have a bigger house than you really have, yes, he will over-measure every thing. Finish on time? dont even think about it.

I have been livin...
I have been living in the same house for the past 15 years, I had to get a few renovation done. One of my friend referred me to Rajan from Reno Rajan. I explained him exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. He took his time to explain everything in detail and what he could do about it. He gave me a really good idea about how long and how much it would cost. When the renovation started they started with the basement( bathroom and the entire basement), it's was done so neatly and precisely, Rajan personally inspected if the job was proper done. Once the basement was done they then moved to main floor, the kitchen was the first sector to be done. It's was done nicely and quickly. And finally for the second floor it was excellent. I used Rajan's service for almost everything that we can use in renovation. He's services was very good, I was a really happy customer. The final bill was around the estimation he gave me when we first met. Rajan, personally checks if the job is correct and make sure the room is impeccable. Definitely going to suggest you to go through Reno Rajan for you renovation.
The owner is a hands-on type of guy. He inspects the final product and puts a finishing touch on every project. Along with holding an RBQ license, his creativeness suggests he might hold a degree in interior design as well.
