La Baie d'Hudson Jardins Dorval

I was waiting for cash for 30 minutes only one person in front of me. A gentelman, Rohan came from furniture department to help, and when it was my turn said he doesn’t know how to do returns. He served the lady after me who knew him hence i learned the name. I finally left without returning my purchase. I think I should stop online shopping from bay. And never set my foot at dorval Hudson Bay.

First the stuff was not in stock so we had to wait for 2 weeks after we purchased the item. Then, I take a day off waiting for the stuff and it is 8 pm and no delivery at all. Disgusting!
